Bidding Procedures to Keep in Mind

Registration is required at all inspections and at the auction. A cashier's or certified check is required to bid. All bidding is open & public. You must be a READY, WILLING & ABLE purchaser. You must be able to complete all requirements to the transaction and be able to close within the time stated. The property is sold in its existing condition, "AS IS & WHERE IS". The property is NOT sold "SUBJECT TO FINANCING".  An auction presents all prospective buyers with a "One-Day Only Opportunity".
